I started out behind the chair, just like you. But after having kids, I needed a schedule that actually worked for my life, so I took a leap into a sales job thinking it'd be "easier." Turns out, corporate life just wasn't for me. Cubicles, calendars packed with meetings that could've been an email — it drained me in a way doing hair never did.

So I started an Instagram account, just kind of messing around with it. A few posts went viral, and suddenly people were asking me how I did it. That's when things clicked — I loved this. Strategy, content, growing an audience... it lit me up the same way a good transformation behind the chair used to.

But here's the thing — I never actually stopped missing the beauty industry. I still have my license, and I still do hair on the side for a few VIP clients, because that part of me never really left.

Eventually I realized I didn't have to choose between the two worlds I loved. So I combined them — and that's how Full Chair was born.

Now I help salons and spas grow their business the way I wish someone had helped me — with real strategy, real talk, and zero corporate fluff. Same passion, same grind, just a different chair.
